What CGP is responsible for
Eligibility assessment and counselling, registration, German language training from A1 to B2, professional and cultural preparation, documentation and application preparation, submitting applications, interview preparation, visa guidance, pre-departure preparation and support after arrival. CGP prepares and supports candidates throughout.
What the German institution is responsible for
Interviewing and assessing applicants, deciding who is selected, offering the Ausbildung contract, and setting the requirements a candidate must meet. The final decision on every application rests with the institution - not with CGP.
CGP prepares and supports candidates; it does not guarantee or sell Ausbildung positions. Meeting CGP's initial eligibility criteria does not guarantee an Ausbildung position, employment contract or visa. Final assessment and selection remain with the respective German institution.
