Document Checklist
Every certificate, translation and supporting document you will need for the CGP Nursing Ausbildung pathway - grouped in the order you will need it.
Important: exact requirements depend on the German institution you are matched with, the current German rules that apply to your application, and your individual circumstances. CGP confirms the precise list for your case during assessment and counselling. This checklist is the general structure - use it to start gathering documents, but do not treat it as the final list for a particular application.

08Good practice
Whenever you gather documents for CGP or for an application:
- Supply clear copies of originals - never send originals by email.
- Keep the originals safe; you will need them for attestation and at later stages.
- Tell CGP about any name differences across documents early - they can cause delays later.
- Check expiry dates (passport, medical certificates) before they become a problem.
Privacy: your personal information and documents are handled carefully and kept secure throughout the process. Never email personal documents before CGP tells you that a specific document is needed.
